Well-being
At Brian & Braun AG, we promote positive well-being and foster a healthy workplace culture.

Sustainable high performance is central to our culture and values. We achieve the best results when our people have the support and resources they need to succeed. We were awarded “Health Creating” accreditation in MindFoward Alliance’s UK Thriving at Work Assessment 2026.
Our people take on inspiring and challenging work; we encourage them to give their best and trust them to deliver work of the highest quality.
We reduce unnecessary stress and promote sustainable ways of working, creating an environment where high performance, well-being, inclusion, and collaboration go hand in hand.
Our ways of working bring our values to life in how we work together every day and help us do what matters, better, in a high-pressure environment. We plan and communicate clearly, respect each other’s time, use technology and in-person connection thoughtfully, and learn and celebrate together. These principles help us sustain high performance.
We give our people practical guidance to look after their own well-being and support their colleagues. We also provide comprehensive support and early intervention to help prevent issues from reaching crisis point.

We encourage open conversations
We have 40+ well-being advocates made up of partners and senior business services professionals across our global network. Their role is to champion working practices that support positive well-being, promote local initiatives, and encourage open dialogue, helping to normalize these conversations and ensuring our people can seek help with confidence.
And we have almost 400 mental health allies worldwide who have been trained to support colleagues and point them towards the many resources available to them.
All partners, people managers, and employees have access to mental health awareness training and support, and we track and encourage time spent on related initiatives.
Our global well-being advisory board—a group of partners who help to shape our well-being strategy—influence our leaders and report on progress against our aims.
A happy and fulfilled team is an effective one
We want to have a positive influence on well-being outside of our four walls, so we’ve worked with the Mindful Business Charter to create a set of transaction guidelines that provide guidance on conducting transactions in a mindful manner. We also run events and workshops with clients to help them to integrate well-being into their ways of working.
